The members of the NELLIP network are organizations and experts interested in the promotion of quality in language learning and teaching. All members of the NELLIP network share its objectives and are willing to contribute to their achievement. Most of the members of the network were awarded the European Language Label for their quality projects in the field of language learning. Öffentliche Schule der Stadt Wien is a cooperative middle school with a focus on several subjects: gifted education, computer exercises, social learning, foreign languages.
Öffentliche Schule der Stadt Wien was awarded in for the project “Plurilingualism – The Present and Future of a United Europe
”Teachers coming from general education usually work for cooperative middle schools in order to help students to be bettere prepared for the transfer to the secondary school.
This kind of cooperation usually allows the promotion of special interests, inclinations and talents: for this reason the school decided to be member of the NELLIP network.

With approximately 12,000 students in seven different programs of study, teaching is one of the most important tasks for the Department of Education.
The study of education at the University of Vienna is offered at all degree levels (Bachelor, Master, and PhD). Additionally, the department is responsible for the educational aspects of the various teacher education subject specialities.
University of Wien was awarded the European Language Label in 2011 for the project entitled Complementary study programme in Austrian Sign Language.
The Univesity of Wien is member of the NELLIP network because they share and support its objectives and are interested in its results.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Dobrich, Bulgaria, is the biggest business support organization in the region of Dobrich, part of the network of the Bulgarian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
The goal of the Chamber of Commerce of Dobrich is to increase economic growth, stimulate international trade, encourage transnational cooperation.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Dobrich is very active in European cooperation. It is part of the Europe Enterprise Network, it participated in a number of Lifelong Learning project, focusing in particular on language learning. One of the CCI’s projects, entitled Signs in the City, was awarded the European Language Label in 2008.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Dobrich will contribute to the NELLIP network, sharing their experiences and expertise, participating in the dissemination of project information and contributing to the exploitation and sustainability of the network’s deliverables.

Euroinform is a consultancy and translation agency, well-known in Bulgaria and abroad. The organisation’s main fields of activities include Translation and interpretation; Organisation and full translation and interpretation services at international conferences, seminars and other events; Translation and legalisation of documents.
Euroinform is also widely involved in the promotion, management and implementation of international projects including such focused on language learning. Euroinform has been awarded with the European Language Label for the project “Listen and Touch”.

Future 21 Century Foundation is founded in 1997 with a mission: overcoming the digital divides. iPortal is a Key Activity 2 (Languages) project funded by the EU under the Lifelong Learning programme. The project aims to improve the quality and access to independent language learning tools by combining existing e-learning tools with a new Open Source Second Life learning environment.
The objectives are; to construct a new learning environment framework; to incorporate established language learning resources and methodologies including 3D simulation, video, audio, m-learning and social networking; to improve access to learning resources in English, German, Spanish, Polish, Bulgarian and Turkish; to develop a Second Life facility to enable learners to meet and communicate on-line; to create an on-line network of language centres and freelance teachers

Znanie Association is a NGO with main activities related to Education and Training. Znanie has been a promoter and coordinator of projects aiming at Promotion of language learning and less widely used languages, Active ageing, Intergenerational cooperation, Capacity building of NGOs, Learning in Later Life.

The Centre for Learning and Cultural Bonding (CLCB) is a Bulgarian non-governmental, non-profit organisation aimed at creating a favourable environment in Bulgaria for education, development and better work opportunities.
The activities of the Centre are directed towards increasing the competences of the Bulgarians as citizens of united Europe and thus encouraging them to build up a positive and friendly attitude towards their fellow-citizens from other nationalities. CLCB provides extensive expertise in the field of projects and initiatives dealing with creating opportunities for lifelong learning for various target groups, promotion of language learning and non-formal language education, organisation of trainings, active citizenship, etc.

KU TU has gained extensive experience in the promotion of language learning through its participation in international projects funded under EU-programmes. The Centre for Inclusive Education (ClE) is a Bulgarian non-governmental organisation, which main aim is to promote inclusive education and make it happen for every child.
CIE continues the 1O-year work of Save the Children UK in Bulgaria and our region. We believe that every child should be given the chance to be accepted and valued. Many of our projects and programs are aimed at children with dyslexla, dyspraxia, hyperactivity with attention deficits, autism, etc. We know that this big group of children is undeservedly neglected, unrecognized and undefended. We are working for social inclusion and quality education for all children and to protect those ln need. Our team works with parents, teachers, managers, professionals, local and state authorities, business organizations, colleagues from the country and abroad - and we are happy to see the change that happens gradually. EURORESO is a network that has been in existence for several decades, firstly as a Brussels-based registered organisation, with partners in all Member States.
Currently, the EURORESO network involves 41 partners from 25 different European countries. One of the main purposes of the network (which is devoid of any intentions to make profit) is to disseminate projects and programmes and their results and products. The network structure and capacity of its members ensures the success of this task, as shown in many projects where EURORESO has participated as an active partner with a role focused on dissemination by all possible and available means. Euroreso will contribute to the NELLIP through: exchange of experience and expertise during and after the project; participation in the Dissemination of the project information; promotion of the information about the project to our network of contacts; contribution to exploitation and sustainability of the project results; contribution to the maintenance of the project results in the future.

Synthesis is a learning events provider and a center for the development of social entrepreneurship. We give special attention to learning for personal growth and view life-long learning as a natural element of a person's life.
The people who are at risk of social exclusion, including immigrants, people with disabilities, and women are our priority. Since 2003, SYNTHESIS has had a European presence and participated in a number of educational and research projects relevant to addressing the needs of various target groups. We have also participated in the language project “Light Me Up” awarded with the European Language Label.

The «Emphasys Centre» began operating in 1998, as a related company to «A & A Emphasys Interactive Solutions Ltd» (due to common ownership), a successful company specialising in consultancy, software and support services in the field of ICT.
In 2007 the «Emphasys Centre» was accredited by the Ministry of Education and Culture as a Private Institute (Educational Centre) specializing in ICT Vocational and Educational Training and Research. It is accredited by the ECDL Foundation and the Council of Europe Information Scientists (CEPIS) as an Examination Centre for the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) and by the British Council Cyprus as an authorized centre for the Cambridge Examinations. The “Emphasys Centre” operates as a non-formal education provider offering high quality courses for learners interested in acquiring the appropriate qualification for entering undergraduate studies or for students and adults interested in obtaining professional qualification or attaint vocational training for employment. The “Emphasys Centre” will disseminate the NELLIP project at several levels: -Institutional: disseminate the project’s progress among the members of staff and colleagues involved in other departments of the “Emphasys Centre” or working in other projects, as well as in the professional networks currently participate in. -Local/Regional: use the opportunities provided to integrate the project into the local community of the “Emphasys Centre” and promote its presentation to other particular activities that may take place (presentations of the project to local /municipality authorities, schools, organizations, etc.) -National: promote the project’s idea among the wider national level in Cyprus among institutions, educational centres via established networks and links or during presentations. -International: spread the project’s progress during to the wider international and global community through organized activities which enter the scope of the “Emphasys Centre”.

The Network for Social and Market Inclusion through Language Education (SMILE) explores opportunities for promotion of less widely used and taught languages (LWUTLs) in various educational, social and economic sectors.
The project identifies areas and target groups which can benefit from the application of LWUTLs and spreads the results of existing good practices for language learning and promotion. Smile will disseminate the information about the NELLIP network, focusing on its results and deliverables.

VIFIN is a knowledge and development center focusing on developing and implementing projects designed to promote or ease the integration of migrants to the Danish society. It was awarded the European Language Label in 2012 for the project entitled Dansksimulatoren.
VIFIN develop innovative language learning approaches with both national and international partners. VIFIN is willing to engage with NELLIP network members.

Vifin is a knowledge and development center focusing on developing and implementing projects designed to promote or ease the integration of migrants to the Danish society. VIFIN developed the Dansksimulatoren project.

Riihimäen Kansalaisopisto is an adult education institute run by the municipality. It offers inspiring, high-quality courses for the adult population of the area. It provides opportunities for creative and flexible life-long learning.
The curriculum is planned on a yearly basis to meet the needs of the present day and to promote equal opportunities for everyone. The institute offers a wide range of courses: foreign languages, open universities studies, computer skills, handicrafts, music, health care, physical education, etc. The institute will disseminate all the good results methods found in the project for all language teachers and co-workers at other institutes. It is going to use these methods in the language training: this way they will disseminate and exploit the project also for all language students

AMKE International Oy is a non-profit company owned by Finnish Vocational Education and Training Institutions. The main task of the company is to support and serve Finnish vocational education and training providers for international cooperation and activities.
Among others, this includes information services, dissemination of experiences and best practices, training services, organizing of study visits.
They are member of the NELLIP network because they wish to promote the development of multicultural, diverse and equal society and working life as well as better employment of immigrants.
Their contribution to the NELLIP network includes: electronic newsletters and company’s networking meetings (network for international cooperation and development and network for immigrant vocational and language training

Axxell was founded on the 1st of August 2008 and consists currently of nine former regional schools along the western and southern coasts of Finland.
Axxell offers vocational education and training for both youngsters and adults. Axxell is one of the biggest vocational education providers in Finland: a team of 50 language and guidance teachers provide Finnish language training and career guidance for migrants helping to integrate newcomers to Finnish society.
Axxell as a second language training provider will disseminate and exploit the NELLIP Network results in developing process of its own teaching approaches, methods and teaching skills. Furthermore having broad network both in Finland and Europe, the best practices could be disseminated through these.

The city of Hämeenlinna is the 14th biggest one in Finland with its 68000 inhabitants. Among the domains of its Community Council there are: basic education (ages 7-15) with 6464 pupils, upper secondary school (ages 16-18) with 1462 students, culture (libraries, museums, art education) and youth work.
The City of Hämeenlinna was awarded the European Language Label in 2011 for the project entitled “The Language Circus”
The city of Hämeenlinna is member of the NELLIP network because it fully supports its aims and objectives and is interested in the sharing and exploitation of its in progress and final results.
Its contribution to the NELLIP network includes the insertion of the NELLIP results on the official curriculum approved by the “Board of Children, Young and Quality of life”. In addition, the Kielitivoli team made manuals to help teachers to put in practice the main NELLIP results. Finally, on the basis of the NELLIP results, the early childhood language education programme will be reformed

Jaakko Ilkka School is a mixed comprehensive school of about 500 pupils between ages 13 to 16 (forms 7, 8 and 9). It is situated in western Finland in the rural region of southern Ostrobothnia, 400 kilometres from Helsinki.
Besides the usual compulsory subjects they pay special attention to international communication skills, environmental issues, computer studies etc. The school was awarded the European Language Label in 2011 for the project entitled “Motivation to learn the second national language”
They contribute to the NELLIP network by disseminating the main results reached in the framework of the NELLIP project.

Kielitivoli, Language Circus, of Turku and Rauma area (controlled by the city of Turku) is a language learning promotion venture, the target being the promotion of a more extensive foreign language learning programme in basic education.
Several municipalities in South-western Finland are members of Kielitivoli. Kielitivoli has created an extensive network among the foreign language teachers. It obtained the Label in 2011 for the project entitled “Kielireppu”
Kielitivoli supports the dissemination of the information about the NELLIP network as well as about its achievements.

Luksia offers vocational qualifications and tailored personnel training to meet the needs of individuals, private companies and public institutions. Each year, Luksia caters for approximately 7.000 certificate and adult students with a staff of around 400. Luksia operates in two main units in Lohja and in Nummela, and it is owned by 10 member municipalities in the Western Uusimaa region.
Luksia will disseminate the information about the NELLIP network, focusing on its results and deliverables.

Meilahti Primary and Secondary School provide basic education (primary and lower secondary levels) and their tasks include both teaching and a broader educational role.
Their objective is to provide each pupil with the opportunity for diverse growth and learning and for development of healthy self-esteem.
They intend to contribute to the NELLIP network disseminating its results during the seminars and groups of language learning they organize.

Omnia, The Joint Authority of Education in Espoo Region, is a multisectoral educational organisation. Omnia has approximately 10000 students and 700 personnel. Omnia cooperates closely with towns, chamber of commerce, organisations of entrepreneurs and trade unions in education and training, with firms, associations and organisations of labour market.
Omnia also co-operates with the other education institutes of Uusimaa and with the Finnish National Board of Education.
Omnia is one of the NELLIP Network contractual partners.

Vaasa Vocational Institute is a bilingual vocational school owned by the city of Vaasa. There are about 2000 students and 270 members of staff. Its areas of education are: technology and services. The school is very active in transnational cooperation and offers the students the possibility to broaden their vocational knowledge and lifelong learning by taking part in an international study path.
The school will contribute to NELLIP by describing it on their webpage and disseminating its activities in national and international network groups.

CFA les 13 Vents officially joined the NELLIP project as associated partner. CFA les 13 Vents is an Training Centre specializing in the fields of Hotel and Restaurant management, Food Production, Hairdressing, Cabinet making.
It is attended by more than 700 apprentices. One of the its projects, entitled Welcome to Tulle, was awarded the European Language Label in 2006.
They are member of the NELLIP network because they share and support its objectives and are interested in its results.
Their contribution to the NELLIP network includes: the sharing of expertise during and after the project, the promotion of the information about the project to their network of contacts (mail and newsletter).

The Dipralang research centre aims to develop studies based on sociolinguistics contexts. It focuses on improving teaching languages, creating new approaches and tools for teaching. Among its activities, one of the projects realized Comparons nos Langues was awarded the European Language Label in 2004.
Their contribution to the NELLIP network includes the spreading of information about the network’s activities through their website, through articles, papers and conferences on the subject; through their contacts with other language researchers; and through their students in pre-service or in-service teachers.

IFAV – Il faut aller voir is the association responsible for the Carnet de voyage, an educational tool which was awarded the European Language Label in 2011. It is an educational tool that encourages creative and reflective learning of languages and intercultural education from kindergarten to university through personal expression and practice of the visual arts.
They are members of the NELLIP network because they are willing to share their educational tool and their positive results.

La Fédération des AEFTI is a specialist in the field of French language teaching to the migrants and economic refugees. AEFTI is well-known for the production of specific learning tools for the social and professional integration of migrants and economic refugees.
The organization will contribute to the NELLIP by taking part to workshops to exchange its know-how and best practice in teaching language. It will develop contacts with other EU experts in the field of language learning and get to know partners for building up future projects.

Ecole Parc Bellevue is a primary school located in Marseille with students coming from foreign origins such as Central Europe, North Africa, Russia, Comorian Islands. Teachers have to work on very original topics in order to make students love school and find interest in studying. For this reason, this school works on several cultures (Maori, Xhosa, Tchouktche, Quechua, Saame, Huichol, Lakota) ; organizes trips to these places by a cultural exchange ; writes booklets about these cultures.
Their contribution to the network will focus on dissemination, because of the good relations the institution has with local and national media.

Agence Iter France is a small team of experts devoted to the support of the Iter Organization, scientific project involving 34 different countries. The Agence was awarded the European Language Label in 2008 for the “AIF Apprentissage Interculturel du Français”
They participate in the NELLIP project keeping the network informed of all their new developments in terms of intercultural training and language initiatives.

ULS is an educational, training and development consultancy working in the area of research, evaluation, course development and educational access. ULS has a particular expertise in learning around vocational training, e-learning, diversity, interculturalism, immigration and strategic management.
ULS has extensive experience of promotion of educational and learning innovation and works closely with adult education and employer networks. ULS has significant research expertise and a long track record of publication and research excellence in innovative learning (including academic and work-based learning linkage) as well as learner support.
ULS is one of the NELLIP Network contractual partners.

The Machiavelli Centre was founded in 1978. One of our principal objectives is to promote interaction between students and real daily life in Florence and in Italy, by providing linguistic and cultural tools and creating opportunity for exchanges.
Since 1988, the school has been part of TANDEM Network, an International Association of Language Schools. Since 2003, the Centre is officially recognized by the Ministry of Education; in 2005, it obtained the ISO9001:2000 certification of quality. In 2008, the school was recognized as a consultancy and training organisation for Lifelong Learning accredited by the Tuscany region. The Centre also operates within EU programmes and in training activities. In the last 7 years, Centro Machiavelli realized several mobility and multilateral projects. In 2012, it received the European Language Label for creating an innovative multimedia English language learning programme for blind and visually impaired students.
Centro Machiavelli will contribute to the dissemination of the results through its social media, its blog and linking the NELLIP project in its website.

In the field of European Projects, Connectis has experience in e-learning solutions for ODL, creation of web sites and internet solutions for professional learning. Connectis is also a web agency, for creation and promotion of web solutions for dissemination and all the professional uses.

The Scientific High School “Lorenzo Respighi” of Piacenza officially joined the NELLIP project as associated partner.
The school provides students with advanced skills, particularly in studies related to the scientific-technological culture with particular reference to physical, chemical, biological and mathematical sciences.
In addition, the school includes a linguistic line, giving students the opportunity to study a second Community language (French, Spanish, German). One of the its projects, entitled Re-Creation by genetics: new ways of life? was awarded the European Language Label in 2010.
They are member of the NELLIP network because they support the aims and objectives of the network and recognize the strategic importance of the expected outcomes.

Pixel’s mission is to promote an innovative approach to education, training and culture, this is done mostly by trying to exploit the best potential of ICT for education and training.
Pixel has developed strong co-operation agreements and partnerships, all over Europe, with training organisations, educational establishments, research and development centres, public authorities etc.
Pixel has significant experience in the field of European cooperation and transnational collaboration. Pixel has been involved in about 90 projects financed by the European Commission. Some of the European projects in which Pixel was involved were successful language learning projects. Two of these were awarded the ELL.
Pixel is the promoter and transnational coordinator of the NELLIP Network.

Novacultur is a linguistic research institution and teaching centre located in the heart of Rome. Throughout the past decades, they have focused their research on innovation in language pedagogy and have coordinated, in the framework of the LLP, the “Glottodrama” family of European projects to create, test and establish a new methodology to teach foreign languages by using drama techniques.
Novacultur has been involved in European projects for over 20 years. Novacultur obtained the European Language Label in 2010 for the project entitled “Glottodrama”.
As associated partner in the NELLIP network Novacultur will actively participate in the dissemination and exploitation of its results by sharing its experience with the rest of the consortium, by participating in the events organized during the project and by promoting the project and its results in the European educational network.

Istituto Comprensivo Assisi 3 joined the NELLIP project as associated partner. Istituto Comprensivo Assisi 3 is a comprehensive institute with three different grades of school (pre-primary, primary, lower secondary).
They are member of the NELLIP network because they fully support its aims and objectives and recognize the strategic importance of the expected outcomes to improve the current situation at European level in the field of language learning.
The school obtained the European Language Label in 2009 for the project entitled “AMELIS”.
Their contribution to the NELLIP network includes: the introduction of NELLIP to school teachers, a dedicated page in the school website, the upload of some posts about the network on the school blog, the participation to the NELLIP events.

IAL Friuli Venezia Giulia officially joined the NELLIP project as associated partner. IAL FVG mission is to make the most of human resources through information, education and training.

This project, submitted with Marco Foscarini high school in Venice (coordinator of the network of high schools in the Veneto Region where it was tested) was awarded the European Language Label in 2011. Ca’ Foscari’ contribution will focus on the organization of a public event for the presentation of the project for the promotion of the Greek language in the secondary schools in the Veneto Region. Originally known as the Military Academy of Lithuania, it was renamed in 1998 in honor of General Jonas Zemaitis, a commander ofthe armed anti-soviet resistance in Lithuania. She has been involved in the development of learner autonomy in foreign language learning with school children and involved in a number of local, national as well as European / international school projects. Hanne Thomsen published (in cooperation with a colleague and supported by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and the Teachers’ Resource Centres in Denmark) the Danish version of a European Language Portfolio for young learners. She was responsible of the English corner project which was awarded the European Language Label in 2005.|
|Shenja Jensen was responsible for the French Learning in Cyberspace project. French Learning in Cyberspace is a virtual collaboration between a variety of schools in Europe, Canada and Africa. The conversation between pupils ranges from the abstract level to the very practical when they can read and write letters to French newspapers, exchange views and ask questions to an author whose book they just read, or discuss violence, racism with other students . This method gives students a valuable opportunity to meet real French in class.|
