Aprentissage Interculturel du Français Langue Etrangère

This project analyses the wishes and needs of the emigrants. Through a site, the cultural aspects of each participants are analysed in order to help them blend in as quickly as possible in French everyday-life and to be work efficient: he/she learns to know the other in its differences, its homeland, its native language, its habits, its country’s teaching methods. The courses are actually exchanges between the participants where the teachers learn as well as educate. Among the teaching methods: group sessions for everyday situations, face-to-face lessons between the teacher and the student, classes and thematic breakfasts, multimedia sessions, multicultural workshops open to all Iter employees in which each one speak about its own culture in English.
