The programme consists in a “motivational approach” to be developed within the initiatives that each school may take autonomously to integrate the syllabus and support the recovery of credits referring to the English language. It is a best practice model based on the recommendations of the High-Level Group on Multilingualism – European Commission: a pilot course in 10 sample classrooms aimed at demonstrating that an innovative approach to the English language may prove more interesting than the traditional learning / teaching methods; a section of the Eni Scuola website devoted to the teaching of the English language according to a motivational approach; a didactic, linguistic and methodological programme based on a syllabus providing all operational instructions.
