Lingua italiana e comunicazione bancaria
The aim of the project, realised by the “Università per Stranieri” of Siena, is to develop learning path that can enhance the linguistic and communicative competence of non-native speaker bank staff, in order to allow them to master communication with Italian colleagues. The project is addressed to Romanian mother tongue employees, who work for an Italian banking group. The learning path is organized in two steps. The first one is composed of three learning modules that aim to develop several language skills, listening, reading, writing and speaking abilities. At the end on this step students can undertake the second step, which is composed of one learning module concerning professional domain.
