Ibias Lenguas y culturas 2010: Abriendo caminos
The results of this project are quite striking considering that it emerges from an isolated community in northern Spain. Basically, the organizers were able to create a multicultural atmosphere by engaging several nearby schools together with the immigrant population who resides in the district in a number of cultural and linguistic activities. By means of a these encounters and events, the coordinators proved that languages make different people closer no matter the origin or ethnicity.
