French.ie is a portal website created by and for French teachers in Ireland. The site provides resource material for teachers and the opportunity to consult pedagogical material online. The main feature of the site is the resource finder. The website includes a forum to support the teaching of French and to extend use of ICT. The development is a product of collaboration between the French Embassy, the National Centre for Technology in Education (NCTE) and the Education Department at NUI Maynooth.
