Message: We were asked during the workshop to identify in the Nellip data base specific elements necessary to write good project proposals. \"Three Hands\" is also a good example of measurable impact of the initiative. We have to design from the beginning appropriate instruments which help measuring the progress and the impact of the project during its lifetime and after the end of the project.

Message: A very good example of adaptation to the local context and to the real needs of the beneficiaries! To be retained for future projects: as mentionned in the Guidelines also, a detailed analysis of the stakeholders and of the local situation leads to a successful project proposal and to very good results.
