Arabic Online

The aim of Arabic Online, created by Pendragon Educational Publishers Ltd, is to ‘de-mystify’ Arabic, and to prove that the language is accessible to European learners. It is a language which is often seen by European learners as a very difficult one to learn with a complicated grammatical system, too many exotic sounds, complex vocabulary and an indecipherable script. Pendragon designed Arabic Online according to the requirements of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages for level A1. The project consists of a comprehensive online course with 15 units covering everyday situations, such as meeting and greeting friends, visiting the soukh, ordering a meal, and shopping
