Album of Diversity - Life Dreams and Life Stories

The "Album of Diversity" includes 20 biographies of migrants who were interviewed in their respective native languages by students from the Leuphana University in Lüneburg. The project involved action-oriented learning in combination with specific project work. The preparation, implementation, evaluation, and presentation of the interviews required the organisation of specific seminars in addition to normal language courses: the university established courses in intercultural communication, methods of biographical investigation, and in editing print materials and videos. The learning took place in seminars, working groups, tandems and, of course, in the meetings with the interviewees.
