ATTIC: Local Goes Global

The main objective of the project is to provoke language skills development of adults through cultural dialogue, supported by ICT, on the following subjects: Crafts, Tales, Legends, Myths and traditional games. The project target group includes adults, working in the field of arts, crafts and cultural inheritance, creators and disseminators of tourist products and services, related to traditions and cultural characteristics. The project is directed towards improving the language communication skills in intercultural environment, using computer and Internet-based study materials, collecting and translating games, tales, legends, songs and dances Main products: Web-based learning environment; Five local international cultural festivals; DVDs on handicraft techniques and folk dances and music; Traditional games catalogue; Book of European myths and legends; Set of pedagogical materials
