Exchange Student

The jury recognised an interesting way of language learning using a doll as an exchange student. The project participants send to and receive from her/his partner a doll. The doll – exchange student stays with students for almost a school year and each participants student keeps it for a week. During the week everything they do together is written into a diary and by the end of the school-year one has a story about the history, culture, traditions and everyday life of a partner . The diaries travel back together with the “exchange student” , videos, souvenirs etc. Coordinator: Pärnu Koidula Gümnaasium Katrin Saks Pärnu Tel: ++37244227433 [email protected]
