The Rainbow - Regnbågen (magazine)

Regnbågen (The Rainbow) is a magazine made for and by students who study Swedish for Immigrants. Responsibility for planning and doing the Regnbågen is put on the students, and students and teachers work together as equal co-workers. All students, from illiterates to academics, are engaged and everyone’s contribution is important. The texts are made visible for an authentic target group which engages and motivates. Subjects for the articles are found outside the school’s walls, where students use their new language alongside with learning more about the society they live in.
