Super 2.0. Let's find out together - The mysteries of the double propelle

The project, undertaken by the Institute IC Rodari in Soveria Mannelli with the participation of the Institute IC Dolce in Cropani, involved thirty-one 13-year-old pupils, most of them with learning difficulties. It focused on the study of DNA and in particular on the Alzheimer’s disease, a very common genetic illness in this area. By applying CLIL, the project aimed at teaching science through the creation of scripts and short podcasts in French. This innovative experience was based on teaching methods such as task-based learning, cooperative learning and role-play. The pupils and teachers involved also had the opportunity to improve their knowledge of ICT (i.e. social networking blogging) and use it in a more creative and conscious way.
