Une, deux, trois…langues

The University of Le Havre wishes to expand the access to graduate and undergraduate education as well as students’ mobility. In order to prepare the students to an efficient and effective mobility, the University gives them the possibility to learn an additional language for free. This language is not included in their program. To help this new educational politic, these certificates (DU) are free and scheduled to give the possibility to the more people possible to learn a new language. Opening units courses (OU) are provided in the BMD system. These credits are for lessons or activities that the student has to choose from the list proposed by the university. Studying a new language can be considered a unit of operation.
