Web del Observatorio Atrium Linguarum

The Project arises from the need to check that learning a language could not be an institutional recommendation from the European Council, what is really important is to learn how to do it, how to assess and certify it through mastering the TICs. In this sense, there are two challenges which represent what is known as “XXI century alphabet”, a kind of semantic web. ‘OAL Web’ represents an ontological space bounded by the most current developments: linguistic diversity, multiculturalism, and learning, and teaching and assessment of languages and cultures.
