Beyond the Words: communicating effectively in Irish healthcare
"Beyond The Words" is an adaptable, holistic approach to language learning. Rooted in complementary learning methodologies, it empowers participants to grow language knowledge, skills, behaviour and attitude stronger than through traditional language learning. This program combines Theatre-based Experiential Learning, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Second Language Acquisition, Interculturalism and Vocal Communications. The learning model optimises professional communication for non-native nurses working in Irish Health Institutes.
