THE INITIATIVE PROMOTER’S PERSPECTIVE
This is a project framed in the longlife learning programme. It is a collaborative platform in the Internet aimed at people from 18 to 30 years old. This tool allows all the registered users to share photos, videos, useful links and their own materials. The web is considered a tool to create contents, which can be shared, modified and provided with different context (learning 2.0). The Wordpress 2.5 was installed to create a bank of resources and multimedia activities accessible to everyone through Google Docs and Google Talk. Therefore, the collaborative work at real time is always present.
The main aim of this initiative is to promote the use of ICT to implement the process of learning English providing useful tools for self-study tasks. This project also involves self-assessments tools through Dialang.

Message: Such a tool can be developped for other languages, too. Actually, all projects shoul be based on collaborative platforms.
